To Calgary City Council,

We, the undersigned residents of Calgary, respectfully call on the City Council to repeal the Blanket Rezoning Bylaw.

We support a more thoughtful and community-based approach to urban development, and advocate for:

• Targeted Rezoning – Zoning decisions should reflect the unique needs, character, and circumstances of individual communities.

• Community Impact Assessments – Growth must be supported by adequate infrastructure, schools, streets, and amenities.

• Authentic Public Engagement – Policy must be shaped through open, respectful, and ongoing dialogue with the residents it affects.

We believe city-building should happen with Calgarians, not to them.
